Our rate is $119/night + tax for normal rooms and $159 /night for suites.

TENTATIVE AGENDA
Everyone is welcome to arrive when you can. There will be some nice runs on Saturday and Sunday with time for shopping.
Friday
3pm tp 7pm - Registration - location in the hotel TBD
You are on your own for activities on Friday evening
Saturday
10am to 4pm - Structured Drive - About 175 miles done in two groups with a lunch stop around noon
10am to 12pm - Unstructured morning drive - we are looking for a volunteer to lead this drive to where ever the leader chooses
1pm to 3pm - Unstructured afternoon drive - we are looking for a volunteer to lead this drive to where ever the leader chooses
Dusk - Short drive to the Bat Caves (Yes, boys and girls, same bat time, same bat channel, we just don't have the drive mapped out here at this moment:)
7pm to ?? - Pizza Party at the Fredericksburg Inn - We will be collecting $10/person at the door - in the hotel main gathering area
Sunday
10:45am to 12:00pm - Structured drive to Coopers for lunch
After Lunch - You are on your own to head for home
Event t-shirts will be available on-site for $15, if you send an email message to bret.bailey@verizon.net letting him know how many T-Shirts you want and in what sizes. Shirts larger than an XL cost $20.
Embroidered base ball caps will be available on-site and embroidered shirts can be special ordered on-site. Samples of the embroidered shirts will be available on site.
There is a Food and Wine Festival in Fredricksburg the same weekend, here is a link to that information, www.fbgfoodandwinefest.com
